Alpine Rescue Service flag on top of Mount Everest

Alpine Rescue Service sets a new benchmark

May 22, 2013 (Updated: Apr 2, 2021)

We are proud to announce that we have successfully planted our flag at the summit of Mt. Everest, making Alpine Rescue Service the first ever assistance company in Nepal to extend its services all the way to the top of the world. The colossal effort and experience required behind such critical missions is what makes Alpine Rescue Service a pioneer in emergency rescue and evacuation service in Nepal.

Our former goodwill ambassador, the late Dorjee Khatri contributed in taking our flag to the highest peak of the world (standing 8,848.86m high) on May 22, 2013. This manifests our coverage of emergency evacuation services from sea to summit. We are very thankful to the late Dorjee Khatri and team for all their support and contribution.
